Advertising Terms and Conditions -

1. Use:
   A listing, for purposes of this agreement, may include, at kohalpur.com, text and/or graphics, and is subject to our approval and the terms of this agreement. A listing that appears as part of our (or may not) include a listing title or listing description. kohalpur.com reserves the right to edit, refuse, reject or remove any listing at its discretion at any time.
    

2. Payment:
   You agree to pay kohalpur.com for all charges to your account, in accordance with this agreement and the terms of the programs and/or payment plans you select. Payment plans may be updated by kohalpur.com from time to time, including, if any, all applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the charges become payable.
    
   If kohalpur.com does not receive payment from the provider of your payment method, you agree to pay all amounts due on your account upon demand, and kohalpur.com further reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your account in such circumstances. Suspension or termination includes but is not limited to, removal of your listings.
    

3. Additional Programs:
   From time to time, kohalpur.com may offer you the opportunity to enroll in additional programs or to purchase additional products and/or services or to receive additional information from us. If you enroll in such programs, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such programs, including the payment obligations of such programs.
    

4. Your Site:
   You hereby acknowledge that kohalpur.com is not responsible for the maintenance of your external web site(s) nor is responsible for order entry, payment processing, shipping, cancellations, returns or customer service concerning orders placed on until stated otherwise. To update your listing / advertisement on our site, you must inform us the accurate description and content available on your web site.
    

5. Representations and Warranties:
   You represent, warrant, and covenant that you have sufficient authority to enter into this agreement, and that each of your listings meets the standards and requirements.
    

6. Refunds:
   If kohalpur.com terminates your account or if you decide to terminate your account, and you provide notice to kohalpur.com, your account will be deemed terminated when we receive such notice. You will only receive a refund for amounts not yet charged to your account, less any debit balances for unpaid charges posted to your account. You will not receive a refund for any initial sign-up fees or service fees.
    

7. Notices:
   kohalpur.com may give general notices to you by posting on the advertisement, if possible, by electronic mail to the e-mail address provided by you to kohalpur.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that your e-mail address and any other contact information you provide to kohalpur.com is updated and correct.
    

8. Content:
   kohalpur.com is not responsible for the content of external websites linked/indexed in its page. We also don't accept links/advertisements to/from the pages containing excessive profanity, hate, violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization, hacking/cracking content, illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia, pornography, adult, or mature content, gambling or casino-related content, any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others excessive advertising, pop-unders or exit windows that interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, or are for downloads.
    

9. CHOICE OF LAW:
   This agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the Nepal. Any dispute arising from this agreement, including, without limitation, a breach of this agreement, shall be governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal. Any claim against kohalpur.com arising from this agreement shall be adjudicated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any proceeding with any claim or controversy of any other party.
